How long is my video available?
Your video is available for download for 30 days after creation. We recommend downloading it to your device as soon as it's ready.
Can I get a refund?
If there is a technical problem delivering your video and it was not delivered at all, please contact us and we will investigate.
However, refunds cannot be given if the video output does not meet your personal satisfaction. We have to pay for the AI generation services, payment processing fees, and server costs for each order. With such affordable pricing, we simply cannot afford to offer refunds for subjective quality concerns.
We are not responsible for the quality of AI-generated content, but we have done our best to ensure the highest quality and standards are consistently delivered through careful prompt engineering and using premium AI models.
Is my photo kept private?
Yes! Your photos and videos are stored securely on Amazon S3 encrypted cloud storage - they are never stored on our servers. Files are only used to generate your video and are automatically deleted after 30 days. We never share your photos with third parties.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, as well as PayPal. Both are secure payment processors and we never see or store your card details.
